Need for Automation:
Vacancy Status Report is sent to business partners on a monthly basis to keep them updated on vacancy and also to receive feedback. This involves more manual effort to consolidate and retrieve data from a single source. There are about 7 members in the Recruitment team and each of the recruiters needs to follow the cumbersome process to have this report in place. Hence, we decided to automate the report and make the team to spend their time more efficiently.
